Program Mission
The purpose of the MS Allied Health program is to prepare learners from diverse healthcare fields to effectively pursue leadership, teaching, or research positions, creating new career pathways and new opportunities for advancement.
Program Student Learning Outcomes
- Apply critical thinking abilities in order analyze concepts, research, and theories and effectively translate them into professional practice.
- Analyze, interpret, and respond to the major factors influencing healthcare delivery and healthcare policy.
- Apply basic administration and management skills.
- Function as educators, team players and/or leaders in academic, clinical, or community healthcare settings.
