The Office of the Registrar
The Registrar's Office is located in Boivin Hall 116 and open to in-person traffic from 9 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday.
Registrar’s Office Summer Hours (July 13 – August 28):
The office will be open for in-person visits Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Major functions of the Registrar’s Office are the maintenance of student records, registration, Web services, grade processing, transfer-credit evaluation and community college articulation, degree checking, graduation, scheduling, enrollment certification, and the catalog.
These responsibilities, assignments and services are completed within institutional policies and standards as well as related state and federal laws and regulations.
