As a transfer student, your first step after admission is to confirm your attendance and pay your enrollment deposit before so that you can enroll in courses.

How to pay your enrollment deposit

Step 2: Reserve your spot in the incoming class by paying your enrollment deposit.

Note: This deposit is applied to your tuition and is refundable until the deposit deadline. Deadlines vary by student type and starting term.

Note: Deposits will still be accepted after the deadline but are nonrefundable.

The enrollment deposit reserves your spot in the incoming class and is applied to your first term tuition. You must complete step 1, Confirm your Attendance, in order to pay your deposit. The deposit may be deferred for select populations. Contact Admissions at oit@oit.edu for more information.

Scholarships

If attending Klamath Falls and you want to live on campus, housing applications are available online in January. Secure your spot by filling out the application and paying the $150 housing deposit. Both need to be received before your application is accepted. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

You must pay the enrollment deposit before applying for housing.

Fall: Housing is guaranteed if we receive your application and deposit by May 1.

You will receive an email confirmation when your housing application is complete, as well as the Next Step information to participate in Choose Your Room.

Advisor Appointments will become available here at a later date.

Winter, Spring, and Summer Terms

Your Priority Enrollment Form will become available prior to the beginning of registration for your term. Once you complete the form, your advisor will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Fall Term: Complete proctored math placement by July 1.
Winter Term: Complete proctored math placement by December 15.
Spring Term: Complete proctored math placement by March 15.
Summer Term: Complete proctored math placement by June 1.

Transfer students must take the ALEKS Math Placement Exam if not transferring in college-level math.

  • Dates of 2 MMR (Measles, Mumps, & Rubella) vaccines
