- Reports to VP of Student Affairs and Dean of Students; oversees Student Involvement & Belonging (SIB) and College Union (CU).
- Leads identity-based programming, leadership development, community service, and student organization management.
- Serves on Student Affairs Leadership Team and First-Year Experience Committee; collaborates with multiple campus departments.
- Manages operations, assessment, staff supervision, and departmental programs to foster inclusive student engagement.
- Directly supervises 4 professional staff and oversees additional SIB and CU personnel across campuses.
- Administers multiple budgets for student organizations, professional development, and CU facility needs.
