¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ

As part of the regular accreditation cycle, ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ (¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ, /) will undergo a site visit by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU – www.nwccu.org) on April 24-26, 2023.

The visit is part of ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ’s Year Seven Evaluation of Institutional Effectiveness and mission fulfillment. As of its most recent evaluation in 2016, ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ is compliant with the Standards, Policies, and Eligibility Requirements of NWCCU.

The following students have been named to the 2022-2023 Fall Term President's and Dean's list at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ. Only full-time undergraduate students (12 credit hours or more at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ) are eligible for academic honors. Please contact the Registrar's Office at 541-885-1300 with any questions.

PRESIDENT'S LIST
The following students have been named to the President's list at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ. Inclusion on the list requires a 3.70 grade-point average and above.

¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ faculty are partnering with ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Library’s Open Educational Resources (OER) program to reduce student costs associated with textbook materials, and over the past three years have saved ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ students $1,216,866 in textbook costs. 

The ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Foundation surpassed a historic milestone this year, awarding $1,030,000 in scholarships to ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ students. The new record was celebrated Oct. 29 as participants gathered at the Klamath Falls campus and live-streamed to a gathering at the Portland-Metro campus for the Annual Scholarship Awards Banquet.

¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ (¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ) is celebrating its largest first-year class in 32 years and stable enrollment from Fall 2021 to Fall 2022.

The ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Foundation Board recently welcomed two new members, Annette Cole, a 1986 graduate of Nursing, and Daniel Withers, a 1970 Electrical Engineering graduate.
The ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Foundation Board of Directors is comprised of alumni, community members, and business and industry professionals. The Board counsels the Foundation in supporting ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ’s educational, cultural, charitable, and service activities.

All enrolled members of federally recognized Native American tribes will qualify for in-state tuition at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ (¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ) beginning in Fall Term 2022, starting this week.

¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ (¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ) faculty and staff members were welcomed back Sept. 20 with convocation events, including award presentations and preparation for the start of Fall Term.
