Dr. Charles “C.J.” Riley, professor of Civil Engineering at ��ɫ��Ƶ, has been selected as the recipient of the 2021 American Society of Civil Engineers Oregon Section Government Engineer of the Year award.

ASCE’s criteria for Engineer of the Year is an active member of ASCE Oregon Section for 10 years and active in the engineering profession. The Government Engineer works for a public agency or university. Nominations cover areas of:
