On Sept. 22, the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ community reunited for its annual Convocation ceremony. This event not only celebrated the arrival of Fall Term but also welcomed new and returning faculty and staff members, who met to prepare for a new academic year beginning Sept. 30. 

As a tradition marking the start of each academic season, Convocation is an opportunity for faculty and staff to learn emerging trends and improve upon existing procedures. This year, President Nagi Naganathan introduced his theme for 2026-27: Lifting ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ through the Headwinds.

On Sept. 23, the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ community reunited for its annual Convocation ceremony. This event not only celebrated the arrival of Fall Term but also welcomed new faculty and staff members, who met to prepare for a new academic year beginning Oct. 1.

On Sept. 19, the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ community reunited for its annual Convocation ceremony. This event not only celebrated the arrival of Fall Term but also welcomed new faculty and staff members, who met to prepare for a new academic year beginning Sept. 27. 

¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ (¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ) faculty and staff members were welcomed back Sept. 20 with convocation events, including award presentations and preparation for the start of Fall Term.

Klamath Falls, Ore. – ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ (¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ) faculty and staff members were welcomed back to campus Wednesday with virtual convocation events. Convocation marks the traditional beginning of the academic year and this year, it covered the many new procedures in place to work toward a safe and healthy academic year.

In addition to welcoming new faculty and staff, awards were presented to personnel for outstanding service to students and to the university
