¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ Achieves Enrollment Growth with Record Freshman Class and Expanded Dual Credit Access
For the second year in a row, ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ (¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ) is pleased to welcome its largest freshman class during the last four decades – this year with a 4% increase over fall 2024.
This fall, 5,444 students enrolled at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ, representing a 2.7% increase in total headcount. The most significant increases were seen in online enrollment and at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµâ€™s Klamath Falls campus. The university also remains dedicated to serving high school students enrolled in college courses through ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµâ€™s dual credit program, which increased 1.4%.

¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ Foundation awards more than $1.1 million in scholarships
The ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ Foundation awarded $1.1 million in scholarships to ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ students this year, the fourth year in a row that awards have exceeded $1 million. The scholarships were celebrated Nov. 1 as participants gathered at the Klamath Falls campus and virtually from the Portland-Metro campus for the Annual Scholarship Awards Banquet. This special event honors the achievements of scholarship recipients and recognizes the philanthropic donors who make scholarships possible.

Effective this year, ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ is launching a direct admission program for high school students who take ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ credit through their school. Dual credit students will not be required to apply separately for admission to the university, making the admission process simpler and quicker.

¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ (¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ) is proud to announce the launch of its new Bachelor of Science in Construction Management program beginning Fall 2025. The program was developed in collaboration with the Beavers Charitable Trust, construction companies, donors, and community partners, reflecting a shared commitment to addressing the growing workforce needs in Oregon and beyond.
